Receiver Packs

We have 2 different types of Receiver packs Lithium Polymer(Li-Poly) and Lithium Ferrite (LiFe).  The main difference between the two are the nominal voltages.  A Li-Poly battery has a voltage of about 7.4V, while the LiFe pack has a voltage of 6.6V.  When using a Li-Poly battery in your plane, you will need to use a voltage regulator to regulate the voltage to 5-6V for the receiver and servos.  A regulator is not necessary when using  LiFe batteries.

Once you receive your battery, please enter the cell voltages on our warranty page to be qualified for the warranty.
