How to Write a Review
This FAQ section will cover how to write a review of a product on the 2dogrc.com website.
To write a product review, click on the "Write a Review" link at the bottom of the page. It is in blue lettering all the way at the bottom! This will open a page for you to create the review.
The first line is the Title, in this block you can enter whatever you would like, for example "Great motor for a .46 size plane!"
Under that is a drop down box. This box will display all the products you have purchased. Our policy is that you must purchase an item before you can review it.
The next line is the Star rating. Here you can rate the product 1-5 stars, 5 being the best.
After that is the Body text editor. Here is where you can write a story or brief statement about the product.
When you are done, you can either click "SAVE" or "PREVIEW".
We appreciate the time to enter a review and check back often as sometimes we run contests based on people entering reviews.

Our Policy is that you are only able to review products that you have purchased. Since we have redone the website in April 2010, your past purchases will not be present. If you purchased any items since April 2010, and they do not show in the drop down box for a review, please use the Contact US page and include your name, email, and product or products you purchased. We will notify you when we fixed the problem.

Below is a brief description of how the 2dogrc.com Referral program works. Basically you invite your friends, and when they order you get a coupon for 10% of their orders.
- You create an account on www.2dogrc.com.
- Then you go to "My Account", "Invitations" and select "NEW Invitation".
- Your friends will get an email from you.
- One of the friends then registers an account on the site.
- This new member (your friend) purchases a product or products from www.2dogrc.com.
- They pay for the order and we ship it.
- A new discount coupon is generated and sent to your email for 10% of their order total!
- You have 60 days to use each coupn.
No worry! Our website will remember that you send them a request! All they have to do is create an account sometime on the website and it will be okay!
You will received a bonus on each order they place. So if they place 10 orders, you will receive 10 coupons. You can redeem 1 coupon per order you place.
We store all these coupons in your account page. Go to "My Account", then click on "Coupons". This page will show all your coupons, their value and expiration dates.
We now offer more shipping options. All these options are still from the USPS, but we are able to offer some cheaper solutions. Priority Mail is the standard shipping method we recommend. You get your goods in 2-3 days, and delivery conformation is included. This is what 90% off our customers select.
Some items however can be shipped in an envelope, an example would be a speed controller. If you just bought 1 ESC, we can put this in a bubble mailer, and mail it to you for about 1/2 the price as priority mail. This mail is 3-5 days, with no delivery conformation.
