As advertised this motor is perfect for large 3d foamies. Review by Barney
Value Quality Service My latest 3d foamy I call the Accent. is a low aspect design with a 36" span and an area of 396 sq. in. It came out at 14 oz. ready to fly using Dual sky xm2830ca-12, a Thunder Power 1350 mah, 25c battery and an APC 11x3.8 sf prop. I thought it was was ideal until I saw the availablility of the new xm2834ea-9 stating it would swing a 12 x 5 prop. I installed it with a 12 x 3,8 sf prop and it is the best power system I have ever used. I've tried a host of top brand motors in the past but this by far the best, With the same battery I am getting 6 to 7 minute flights and it the best Hovering power system to date.
I highly recommend it.
