Shipping Charges
Our shipping policy and rates have changed slightly. Below is a brief summary of our shipping charges.
- All domestic orders over $100 ship USPS Priority Mail for free
- On domestic orders over $100 can add insurance for $200
- Domestic orders under $100 that do not contain a kit or Foam Tac glue ship USPS Priority Mail for $6
- Domestc orders under $100 that contain a kit, but no Foam Tac Glue ships USPS Priority Mail for $12
- Domestic orders that contain Foam Tac glue always ship Parcel Post and can not ship over seas.
- International orders ship based on the USPS serice select and the package weight.
Packaging
All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in A1 condition. Items will be packaged to safely endure the hardships of the shipping process.
Responsibility for lost or damaged parcels
The company does not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system. Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged. We will arrange for a claim to be filed with the USPS. A minimum of 30 days must pass before a report may be filed on a lost item. If your goods arrive broken, the USPS will request to view them before any claims can be made, and the items relinquished to the USPS. Returns Policy All Dualsky Products carry a 30 day warranty due to manufacturer defects. Please provide as much information as possible about the malfunction. To request a refund/return please email us first at returns@2dogrc.com. Products need to be returned to us within 7 days if your refund/return is accepted.
