Shipping Charges

All shipping charges are calculated from the gross weight of the product or products, plus any packing material and box. There is also a small handling fee to cover other expensive and to facilitate the fastest shipping on the net!  Currently the United States Postal Service and UPS are the ONLY accepted shipping method.

 Packaging

All goods are thoroughly examined before packaging to ensure they are sent in A1 condition.  Items will be packaged to safely endure the hardships of the shipping process.

Responsibility for lost or damaged parcels

The company does not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged within the postal system.  Please notify us if your parcel does not arrive or arrives damaged. We will arrange for a claim to be filed with the USPS.  A minimum of 30 days must pass before a report may be filed on a lost item.  If your goods arrive broken, the USPS will request to view them before any claims can be made, and the items relinquished to the USPS.

Returns Policy

All Dualsky Products carry a 30 day warranty due to manufacturer defects. Please provide as much information as possible about the malfunction. To request a refund/return please email us first at returns@2dogrc.com. Products need to be returned to us within 7 days if your refund/return is accepted.
